Ordering

How do I make a purchase? Our website is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It's easy to navigate and browse our scrapbook products in our online scrapbook store. With a simple click, you can select items to purchase and put them into the shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout, click on 'Checkout'. It's that simple!

What is your payment policy? We only accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover when placing an order on our website. We do not accept orders or payment through the mail, phone or fax. Your security is important to us. All orders are processed via a secure shopping cart with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.

What is your backorder policy? Scrap My World will do it’s best to ensure that the products shown for ordering on this site are available for shipping. There are times, however, that an item may be out of stock. We do apologize. If an item is not available then the item will be removed from the order and the total adjusted accordingly.

What currency is reflected on the site? All prices are in U.S. dollars.

I live close by, can I walk in to your scrapbook store? Sorry, but we are an online only scrapbook store and we are not setup for customers to personally visit our business operations center.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to? We ship to the United States including Alaska and Hawaii, Canada, Australia (excluding Lord Howe Island and the Australian Antaractic territories) and the United Kingdom only. We ship to APO/AFO addresses/boxes.

How long will it take to process my order? Our standard policy for internal order processing is a minimum of 1-2 business days (excluding national holidays or otherwise posted on our website).

How long will it take to deliver my order once processed? Domestic orders take approximately 2-3 business days. International orders take approximately 6-10 business days.

How much is shipping? To see our shipping methods and cost, simple click on this link called Shipping, Refund & Coupon Info or find the Shipping Info link at the bottom of any page.

My order was damaged in shipment, what do I do? It's disappointing to receive your items damaged in shipment. It is our responsibility to complete your order and make sure it's perfect before it leaves our facility. It's the carrier's responsibility to deliver your package to you.

We have no control of your package once it leaves our facility. We understand how disappointing to receive an item(s) damaged. However, we do offer an insurance option if your package (shipped within the U.S. only) is damaged, lost, or stolen. At checkout, to purchase this offer, just select USPS Priority (Insured) mail option. We do encourage you to purchase the insurance option. Please note that without this insurance the US Postal Service will not process any claims.

Is there a way to track my order? If you provide us with a valid email address during your checkout process, we will send you a tracking number. If for some reason you did not get a tracking number via email just give us a call. We'll be happy to provide you with the tracking number.

Do you ship to multiple locations for a single order? We do not ship to multiple locations, please submit a separate order for each location.

Sales and Coupons

How can I find out about upcoming sales and new products? Sign up to our email newsletter. At the top, left-hand side navigation bar you will find the link to Join Our Newsletter!.

Can I use more than one coupon for an order? We only accept one coupon per order during your online checkout process, if applicable to your scrapbook order. Please be aware that coupons may not be applied to previous orders.

I signed up for your email newsletter but I an not receiving anything - why? There may have been an error when you entered your email address at sign up. Please try signing up again. Check your Inbox for an email from us. There are times when an email program may send email(s) to your Junk/Spam folder in error, so please check this folder as well. If you continue to not receive any newsletter emails, please send us an email with your full name, email address, let us know that you are not receiving any emails and would like to be added. We will look into getting this matter asap and get it resolved!

My Account Feature

What is a My Account? It's a great feature where you can signup and store your favorite scrapbook items that are of interest for consideration or purchase at a future date. It also has other great benefits.

What are the benefits of having a MyAccount? You can keep a list of your favorite scrapbook products, view your order history and previously purchased items, and you can even store your shipping and billing information for fast and easy checkout!

How do I create a MyAccount? Click on the 'My Account' button on our website and then click the 'Create an Account'. Follow the instructions.

Can I add or remove items in my favorites? To add an item just click on the 'Add to My Favorites' link next to that product. To remove an item from your list, simply select the 'Remove Item' link next to that product in your list.

Returns

What is your return policy? Within 25 days of your order date, you may return an un-opened and undamaged item in the original packaging for a full refund. You will need to contact us for an RMA number before sending the item back to us, include a copy of the invoice, and the reason for the return. Scrap My World will happily refund your money at the price you paid for the item, less your shipping charges.
