Residents of North Carolina, U.S.A. must pay state sales tax.

We ship to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Australia (excluding Lord Howe Island and the Australian Antaractic territories), and United Kingdom only. We ship to APO/FPO boxes.

Shipping Your Order: Our standard policy for processing an order is a minimum of 1-2 business days! We do not ship to multiple locations so please submit a separate order for each location.

Coupon Policy: Only one coupon per order will be honored. You must enter the coupon, if applicable, at the time you place your online scrapbook order.

United States Postal Service: It is our responsibilty to package and complete your order prior to leaving our business. It is the responsibilty of the postal service to deliver your package to you. We have no control once it leaves our business.

We offer an insurance option in case your package is damaged, lost, or stolen for Priority mail shipped within the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. We encourage you to purchase this insurance at checkout. If you would like your order to be insured then please select 'Priority (Insured) Mail' as the shipping option at checkout. Please note without this insurance the postal service will not process any claim(s).

Orders that are shipped by United States Postal Service via Priority Mail & Priority (Insured) Mail have a Saturday delivery included! We will send you a confirmation of receipt of your order via email, as well as the tracking number when an email address has been provided.

UPS Service: Orders up to $100.00 that are shipped UPS Ground include complimentary insurance with delivery taking an estimated 1-5 business days (most in 2-3 business days) from date of shipment. We will send you a confirmation of receipt of your order via email, as well as the tracking number where applicable when an email address has been provided.

International Service: Please be aware that orders shipped outside of the United States may have a customs, duty, or VAT charge to your package. If there is a fee, it is NOT included in your shipping charge. Prior to recieving your package, it will need to be paid. Unfortunately, Scrap My World has no way of finding out if you will incur any of these charges or the cost of it. Also, we will not be held responsible for any undeliverable, abandoned, refused, damaged or lost shipments to countries outside of the United States.

Returns: Your satisfaction is important to us! If your unhappy with any of the items, simply mail it back to us unopened and undamaged in the original packaging within 25 days from the order date. We will happily refund your money at the price you paid for the item, excluding shipping. We are not responsible for a returned item(s) that we do not receive or damaged in transit and therefore unable to refund your money and will only be able to ship the item(s) back to you at your expense.

You will need to contact us for an RMA Number BEFORE sending the item(s) back to us. Returns MUST include an RMA Number. Please include a copy of the invoice and tell us the reason for the return.

Back Orders:We will do our best to ensure that the products shown for ordering on this site are available for shipping. There are times, however, that an item may be out of stock. We do apologize. If an item is not available then the item will be removed from the order and the total adjusted accordingly.

Pricing: We reserve the right to correct any gross pricing errors, etc. We are human but always strive for perfection!
